The CR was done while Louis was CEO. He would have looked over it and made the decision.
He would have been fully aware that it was done 4c below his options but I bet he was thinking of the bigger picture and just got the job done.
Instead of posting hear say, give Louis a call and talk about the technology, where the company is going and ask all your questions. Even the hardest questions you have.
Regardless of all the fights we have had over the last 18 months, you should take a fresh look at the company. With the revenue coming in, Spikenet coming on board, Louis driving the boat, BRN isn't the same ship anymore. It's a company with AI products that companies want, in any form be it software, hardware or hybrid.
