Yes, very good timing. I suggest the new CEO may have been looking over the books and said something to the effect that several millions are needed before end of Oct and better get some news out there fast to get the SP up, and thus minise dilution to Peter and other large holders.
Without the Casino ANN a CR would have been well below 10c, IMO. They have done LT investors a big favour, at the cost to those who bought in the high 20's in the last couple of weeks. Collateral damage I guess in the high finance world of experienced CEOs.
