I'm darned sure he was all over the fiscals before the ANN appointing him. He would not have known about the terms of the CR as this would have gone to the wire, probbaly only a day or so prior to the Ann for the CR. And can you imagine the posts on HC if the new CEO had a bucket of options that far under the then current SP?

Anyway it is my view, which I guess is just as valid as yours?

It's pretty clear Louis was appointed on 30 September 2016 Australian time, and share price closed at 22.5c that day, also his option strike price has been set at 22.5c! These are FACTS.

Also ASX announcement stated,
"
The Performance Options will be issued in tranches upon the attainment of milestones that relate to Mr DiNardo completing a successful fundraising, the Company entering licensing or commercial agreements of at least A$500,000 and a further milestone yet to be determined."

First milestone, CR, has been done now;
Louis needs to deliver licensing or commercial agreements of at least $500k.
