You just contradict your own view. You said had been in negotiations for weeks, where share price had hovered around 11c and he's an experienced. I agreed with those.
But, how on earth a smart CEO accepted the strike price at 22.5c, not 11c where the negotiation took place???
Did he think 22.5c was too cheap so that he agreed the options' strike price +100% premium?
