SW1 comes on tomorrow at the open. Digital entertainment to corporate accomodation, 29,000 rooms (up 35% in 2015/16) and growing fast. ONLY 42 mill tradable shares , enterprise value $7.8 mill, $12 mill rev last year, cashflow positive, $4 mill in cash. Management have excellent history of building tech companies.
This HAS to be a buy given what TV2 has done on $2.7 mill revenue potential in the next 3 years. At one stage today, TV2 was trading at 10x the market cap of SW1.....Crazy stuff
Did anyone get any? I heard it was massively oversubscribed....
