I think there are three possible outcomes. 1. Testing satisfies globalsat and they sign a binding contract. 2. Globalsat raise some concerns in testing that require remediation. Testing continues and contract signing is delayed 3. Globalsat not satisfied and don't move forward. I personally think number 3 is the most unlikely outcome. We should know the outcome within the week.
