The time to buy is when there is blood on the streets.
If you're happy with the risk that some of that blood might be your own and you're comfortable to hold, you could buy at these prices and bring your average down (e.g. if you bought in at SPP).
This downtrend is driven by mood and impatience, emotions, rather than the intrinsic value of the business and its roadmap.
