spawk my sense is that CEO has a lot of information to release but are bound by strictest confidentiality ..and they are wise to take such a conservative approach to those obligations-as unlike other 'plays' ,CEO is a long game-run by experienced coal executive with total support of his Board not a pump and dump and/or nearology play. The option agreement ,which now looks like a real bargain ,is The Asset of the firm... I am hypothesizing but CEO could have jagged a whole new coal province- My contacts within Mongolia tell me that even the govt.knows little or nothing of this region ..no apparent records of Russian exploratory work during earlier Soviet times. finally opportunities for existing and new parties to average down entry price ..for once the sale and purchase agreement is signed there will be a re-rating even in these uncertain times..i suspect all the majors are watching like hawks IMHO as they say 'never waste a good crisis'...carpe diem!!
