Looking at the chart (for want of a better word) you have provided, after each spike there is an subsequent fall that doesn't look like it recovers to prior spike range. If this anomaly were to continue (I'm no chartist) you could be forgiven for thinking that the price needs to drop to 4-5c before the next spike?
Looks a bit pumpy dumpy if anything.
