Frederick I think u might b quite right with what ur saying! That's is why a group of s/h ( from my understanding abt 30 mill of them) will like JD's respond to their request one way or another by next Mon, heard they will also like to put 2 of their own representaives as $1 director...their whole objective is to ensure their own and the 30 mill s/holders interests are protected. For all u know there cld b another very major holder behind all this?? trying to get this company for a dirt cheap price?? FG is gone but thre is others still on...the bl--dy on going saga. just my guess Pls DYOR
