On and Enterprise Valuation model divided the acerage that EMR now has exposure to.
It is very difficult to see how this is not trading at 15c per share.
At current price the fully diluted market cap post the deal minus cash (for enterprise value) is just under $40mn.
Divided this by 27,000 acres and the EV/Acres is $1478.
Compare this to SSN, SEA and AUT where EV/Avres is closer to $5000 and its VERY easy to see this trade 15c.
By all means - do you own research. But it looks cheap on a multiple basis..
