Possibility the cost of a submission could be prohibitive and and it would be a challenge to find new grounds not covered during the PAC general and environmental process.
Many eyes are looking at this MA for an indication of possible further MA in NSW. The more difficulties a MA application such as CRC has may deter other explorers thus excluding NSW from jobs and regional infrastructure development.
