If I recall correctly you got it right last CR.
Assuming you do know and are also "are in the know", do you see this placement as a beneficial one that will secure the company's production future? Money is needed for sure, but the SHs do not want a another stop-gap measure. Hopefully BOE/Shaws have aided in getting an Asian or European cornerstone investor for Pek this time. If so, and the CI has cred and stature, the 12c price you state will mean little. Upwards from there IMO.
