Imagination plus by the chairman. He must have spent months trying to work out how he could raise such a huge amount and at the same time increase shareholder value. It would have been so tough after so much consideration to come up with such a different approach. The man is an out and out genius. God help all long standing PEKKERS. Be curious to know about the negotiations with the cornerstone investor. Hmmm maybe 8 or 9 or 10 cents.
