As I read the funding announcement, I don't think it will be a case of offering up shares in the company. Rather, it looks like the investor will get a share in the project - so instead of Peak having a 100% interest in the mine, it'll have anywhere from 20% to 80% (depending on how much they have to give away.)
The percentage given away for the funding will determine how much the shares will rise (or fall) when the announcement is given. There won't be any dilution for us, per se - just a decreased interest (and hence, lesser value to the company than if they opted for a capital raising - but the dilution in that case would have been horrendous.)
Still a "wait and see" on the funding agreement, in other words.
