Personally I would like to see the cornerstone take a % stake and also provide finance.
With a payback period of 3 years id prefer to partly repay finance together with the cornerstone taking a stake. That way after the 3 years or so it would have taken to pay it back we still as shareholders reap the benefits for the 22+ years the current JORC provides in terms of mine life.
