In regards to magnitude of resource, I remember Warwick Grigors comments at the end of his canary events presentation. He was talking about EXT and his approach when advising this company about the frequency which it reported to the maket – his firm belief at that time was it was better to say nothing regarding resource upgrades until something exceptional can be announced. Continual minor news has potential to dilute the impact on the market. (watch the presentation for his exact words, its in the Q and A at the end)
I think PEN are taking this approach – that’s speculation on my behalf
