Market had surprising down since last two days.
Resource Upgrade is imminent. History tells CR is followed by strong news to support CR. So Resource Upgrade and Utility Deals may come handy any time.
When one expect positive news, sitting on sideline will not help much. Open at next news may be closer to 10 cents.
