Who is to say they still wont? They haven't exactly reached for the heaven with this raise have they, but what does that mean?

If they are in partnerships talks maybe its as simple as negotiations are taking longer then expected due to many factors and that they need cash immediately to start the P2B trial so they have been offered a low ball deal and dont want to negotiate from a position of weakness so they flipped them the bird and said if you dont get serious we are willing to go this alone if need be. This is obviously merely speculation on my part until we find out the whole plan. GLTA
