Having digested everything & reading a lot of thoughts I must confess to being initially disappointed. Like everyone I wanted the sugar hit of SP spike. However upon reflection I think they have struck a reasonable balance. The CR is at a reasonable price (excluding the recent surge driven by maybe new holders having acquired in hope of said sugar fix). It is dilutitive but it provides existing SH a solid opportunity to partake ( funds permitting of course) so to that extent it isn’t as dilutitive as it could be. The real attraction to me is seemingly the options on offer. I think for that reason there is a good chance the SP won’t fall to the CR price of $0.24c. Similarly for that reason the company will do all within its power to attract holders to take up the offer and similarly will want as many as possible to exercise options at $0.48c.
