People aren't complaining because they need funding for the trial, they are complaining because for a year now Diamond has been going on and on about non-dilutive funding for the trial and then it never transpires, we get more dilution. And to top it off, they couldn't have even announced EMA approval BEFORE doing the CR... that would have at least given the stock price a boost.
