the rights issue is unlikely to be underwritten, they are saying they dont need the extra funds in particular, but for all of the loyal holders, if you want your 1:7 entitlement and an oppie then you have your chance. should also ensure that the underwriters are not pushing the price down to mop up any shortfall shares.
can't be fairer than that.... the non dilutive powerball funded dream, is just that, a dream.
back in the real world, I am happy with a smaller slice of a potentially massive pie, rather than whinging and moaning about my proportionately larger slice of a tart.
