The Fresh Equities offer to instos and Prof Investors has closed - $15 million raised at 24c, 62.5 mill new shares. Then an additional 1:7 offer to existing shareholders at the same price ~ 80 mill new shares, ~ $20 mill cash. Numbers approximate. Details and timing no doubt will be provided on Monday, maybe four weeks to find some cash.
Very disappointed that we have to scrounge around for this information when it should have been provided in an ASX announcement.
