It wall all be announced, along with everyone else, before coming out of TH. Holding all formal announcements until the bookbuild is quite normal. Don't worry, as Wombat said, nobody can do anything with that information whilst in trading halt... and it will all be announced before it TH ends. So the TH is doing it's job... and importantly you will also have that info when it comes time to make your decision about your entitlements.
