If they don't get funding soon they may go under! I don't know who in their right mind would sign off their half yearly! Maybe big trouble ahead and this is a last attempt!
Just a guess but could be a good one!
Usually when they start selling their own houses it's a good indicator they are on their last legs! At the end of the day TTR might get the other half of Burnakura in a 'garage sale'.
