Also isn't it a PROPOSAL It hasn't been voted on or officially recognised. as was the deal with the 'PROPOSED' 2 for 1 shares but I can not remember this being anything other than a proposal. So how is either side Liable
PLUS GJ would not harm either of his companies if he could help it.
Although personally I'm very disappointed that the Directors have'nt come out and clarify this point to quiet the speculation and make sure we are all on the same page
