Cheapcharlie, i wouldnt call this a CR, they are simply doing what they originally said which was to get a strategic partner onboard. You dont expect this strategic partner to work for free do you?
By giving them an incentive (heads and options), its beneficial for all parties to push as hard as possible to make this company successful.
Btw, Pen management aint stupid and Gus is 4 steps ahead of everyone. The cash will be used for the acquisition Gus has recently noted imo only.
