Stating the obvious, but...

We were expecting the DFS, decision to mine and Strategic Partner announcements as a 'package' in April - and this, the package, is now likely in late June.

While today's announcement is only one of the 3 - that is, the Strategic Partner - it is CLEAR that the other two, by implication, are in the bag!

A company with the profile and experience of NuCore Energy is not going to enter such an arrangement if there were even a small doubt about mining commencement. Therefore commencement is a GIVEN - as is an excellent DFS outcome.
