To me your comment did not suggest a guess but rather the implication of fact based on information from discussions with Passport as to what they were doing.....I was interested as to why a fund managing US$3.4b was using HC to discuss its actions.
Have I spoken to Passport in the past, sure, recently, no, do I think they are finished, no, do I think it was a margin call like it has been suggested, not a chance. When you run $3.4b you dont sell AU$80,000 in a very illiquid stock like CBS to balance the books.
