I think high teens pre the major end of quarter announcements is not only possible its likely! ...
Once the big ann's come out around the end of March I suspect trading well above 20c ...
The assumes the announcements are positive as good as expected or better (ie Surprise Reserves statement) and General market permitting ...That the market as a whole does not collapse.
