PB makes $0.6M a year at this job. In the however many years we have been waiting to make it "big" with our mostly modest holdings, he has already made his millions via salary. It is in HIS interest to say optimistic timeframes to keep holders and newcomers funding his salary year after year.

I think given the lack of progress, holders should look for a replacement CEO who would work for less money. Since everything is outsourced anyway, I see no real advantage to keeping a CEO who really isn't an expert at this stage of company development, much less funding him $0.6M a year to wait like the rest of us.
