PPP's interest income alone, is already sufficient enough to pay 1c div per share.

Next quarterly report, you will see PPP's cash backing increased to 17.5c/share. (at least 6m net profits from the oil sale and interest income)

I suggest PPP invest in coal or iron ore projects in 2010.

Any investment announcement by PPP in 2011, can boost the SP into 30c range, no doubt! have a look at MOD mate.
