I'm not sure if you have been unaware of the escrow, but certainly its well documented on announcements from the Company. They are vested to the original shareholders of Allied Resource Partners, who owned ARP Tri-Energy, who owned the Leigh Creek asset in the first instance.
The last escrow of the ARP Tri-Energy shareholders was 33mln which vested on the 29th June. 1 day prior to EOFY when these securities will be valued for tax purposes.
The fall in share price we've seen recently may not have been due to these shareholders selling, but could have been a coincident with another event. Whilst it may be an easy task to point at the escrow and say thats the reason, it may not necessarily be so.
