    Well (excuse the pun) but only 16.6% of our Board & Senior Executives have put a significant investment of their own money into this company. Phil Garratt owns 10% and he is the biggest shareholder behimd MIN.
    If our five year plan is so gucking food then why hasn't the Board and Senior Execs also invested like us? If they had would we still be in this mess?
