if you look on the map they have from other announcements where they show all the holes drilled at Thursday Gossan, you will notice hole number 117 which is drilled way behind 182 and this hole did not return anything significant but went below 182.

I asked them why would they think there is porphyry there if 117 did not hit much and was not that far from the actual target.

Chris responded explaining that 117 was drilled too deep and went under the zone that is defined by 173 and 182. Also, the photo where they show the porphyry target is not at scale but a cartoon so they can feet it in a large enough format that can be used as presentation. This is why both Chris and Steve did not give 117 lot of significance.
Chris thinks (he said that without seeing the actual model as he was away in Canada) that the porphyry target is roughly about 400m south/east actually.
This is why 117 returned distal veins in the core which makes sense.

Let's hope he is right. We'll find out once they start drilling.
