Analyst, I’d suggest doing some detailed reading because the chance of Rim being successful in overturning the injunction is close to zero in my view. This is why the interim order was obtained without much fuss.
The termination of the earn-in was done on very very shaky ground. The likelihood of a successful challenge is very high in my view.

not short nor paid by Billis. But it is obvious to me Billis got done over by Rim in an unfair and unethical manner. Usually this kind of situation provides a very strong legal case. I see that here.
All this talk of board spills is meaningless because Rim will almost certainly fall into administration once the legal costs and damages bills come in. And I also see a risk Rim is held to account for the money improperly raised. Ultimately I believe the Rim directors will be sued by the investors that funded Giovinazzo and by shareholders that will lose everything.
My agenda is simply to inform. It’s virtually finished so I’ll soon cease posting and shareholders can watch as things unfold or move on.
Im close to a major RIM holder and I told him to sell everything as soon as it came out of suspension. He didn’t listen and I don’t think has sold which has been very costly. Fortunately I don’t think his losses matter to him.
