Payam -increase is due to the Malaysian govt being returned to power. The Malaysian opposition had said they would revoke the lyc license should they win (later softened their stance to halt production and review which in lyc's history could have gone on for years with appeal after appeal and court cases. The win by the current Malaysian govt took a lot of the uncertainty out of lyc's future. Hope this helps.
