Drilling to commence soon but well funded for an acquisition, whether through cash or vending in a project for scrip (low SOI).
Jason Bontempo is very well connected and has considerable experience in the gold and resources sector. A decent gold project would seriously rerate this little company as it is well funded to commence exploration activities.
Hard to find little gems like this one -- most have already had an acquisition and have been significantly rerated.
In regards to project acquisition, I like the fact that Cazaly Resources are a holder -- because Nathan McMahon and Clive Jones directors of Cazaly have a a separate company that they use to vend projects into listed companies. The company is Fyfehill Pty Ltd and they recently vended Spargoville West into MQR among others.
