    Thanks Trevally90! Something people should know about Japan is that they're even more dependent on foreign Oil than the USA. On Page 8 of that Report (PDF) link you posted it says:
    'Japan imports approximate 90% of all crude oil used in the country from Middle Eastern Oil Producing Nations in the Persian Gulf Region'

    As we all know, Japan is a technologically advanced society and I think it's a fair assumption to believe that Fuel Cells will be Embraced on a large scale in the future (because of their very high efficiency).

    'What is also interesting is their cost reduction targets. From 2.5M yen or thereabouts to 500,000 yen by 2015.'

    On Page 9 it has details about their Fuel Cell 'ENE-FARM' which is manufactured by Eneos CellTech Co. Ltd. They're aiming to get the cost of that unit to 1.2M Yen in 2012. Whether they can or not is the question? Looks like Japan is keen to Embrace Decentralised Energy too! They could always use our Gennex stack (highest efficiency in the world)
