Thanks Capman, I see yr point in the interest B1 will trigger this side of the border.
In QLD the blocks have been booked by all & sundry, so NT poses a rosy picture IMO.
I think CTP have already got this acreage/tenement locked in, so it all comes down to management how they want to proceed down the road & of course drill-data is critical to that decision making.
B-1 was drilled as a wildcat & drilling thro' 4 times thicker (coal) then what the logs from 1981's not-so-nearby wells suggested is a definite bonus.
The onus on B1 & Simpson-1 was on oil, however 160m coal slightly changes the numbers, still early days to calc 2P as they need data from there future drills to add more substance to their findings/calcs.
Who knows what lies ahead for CTP, atleast i give thenm credit for been brave enough to venture in an area where the high & mighty STO folks didnt in recent times.
