I think a JV would be a prerequisite prior to the TSX listing?
With a proven well, massive acreage, and a JV partner already in place who will cover the costs of a reasonable number of wells in the near future, I would suggest it would give enough confidence to the market to get away a decent TSX placing (not just $10 or $20m....), at a significantly higher SP than today.
Get the SPP get out of the way, announce a decent JV (perhaps just on a very limited acreage), & I think the SP will be way North of today, which is when they should TSX list, and raise a decent sized warchest to go play on some of the other prospects.
The rest is, as I like to hope, my retirement.
