    I calculate a post-tax DCF of $191m - $0.193 per share - over the 5 year LoM.
    Add the FY2019 Net Assets of $82m to arrive at an intrinsic value of $273m - $0.275 per share.

    If the project is extended beyond 5 years, then the Terminal Value plus DCF equates to an Equity Valuation of $576m - $0.581 per share.
