MEETING: NZR: Nomination for Directors
On April 27th 2012 the Annual meeting of The New Zealand Refining Company
Limited (trading as Refining NZ) will be convened.
At that Meeting an election of Directors will be held.
Pursuant to clause 3.3 of the New Zealand Exchange Limited Listing Rules
nominations for Directors will be accepted up until close of business on the
5th March 2012.
Nominations should be forwarded to the Company Secretary.
