Director notice of intent to purchase shares

The Chief Executive of JWI, Tony Falkenstein, has advised the Board that The
Harvard Group Limited, a company associated with Tony Falkenstein, intends to
increase its existing majority shareholding of JWI shares by offering to
purchase up to one million additional shares on market or off market, at
prices up to 15 cents per share.  Tony Falkenstein has indicated that the
purchases are intended to be made over the next two months.

One million shares represents 1.12% of the total shares on issue by JWI.
