DECLARATION ON CLIMATE CHANGE
Bathurst Resources Ltd (ASX & NZX: BTU) is pleased to provide an update on
the appeals process against the resource consents granted for the Escarpment
mine project in August 2011.
Bathurst's wholly owned subsidiary, Buller Coal Limited, has been advised
that the Environment Court will hear the declaration as to the relevance of
the effects of the use of coal on climate change on Tuesday 27th March in
Christchurch, New Zealand.
