And of the 700 or so who own 280,000,000 shares 34% approx will likely have a similar vision of share price as the top 20.

Doesnt leave a lot for the market to shuffle around. About 100,000,000

For so many shares on issue it is very tight and in theory should mean strong moves upwards when people want in en mass.
