I assumed someone as well informed as you delude yourself to be, would realise that the numerous processes of co-extraction of Vanadium, Titanium and Iron have long standing histories and are nothing new?
Tivan is only necessary as TNG has a junk low grade resource (if it ever works after the flop it was four years ago when it was last bench tested ). YRR wont want or need it...sorry.
