No way Mihal. That doesn't make sense. The BEE partners earn their share of profits straight away. Its just they don't have to pay the development costs until later.
In terms of cash flow, they earn their share of that as well.
The structure only kicks in if dividends are paid. If they are, then the BEE partners will pay their share of the development costs at that point, by forgoing their share of the dividends until the costs are covered.
