gottalovevmt: Unless the WOLF management will surprise us positively within the next few days (which of course would be very pleasing) then the questions would have to center primarily around the ISSUE of the pending JV, of course.

What comes to my mind are the following:
- Is WOLF still in negotiations with potential partner(s); one or several?
- Where are these potential partners from (China and/or .....)??
- By when (ROUGHLY!!) does WOLF believe a JV can be achieved, i.e. can drilling still start within the "window" of the climatic conditions in Mongolia during the current calendar year 2015???

Lastly: How long will their cash reserves last until they will have to do another CR????

All these are valid questions IMHO - doubt, however, that you will get any binding answers at all.
