74c seller being looked at by asx

That seller was the U seller at 72c then converted it into 500,000 shares then when they came to take him out he moved them to 74c - well & good if he's really selling & wants a better price for it but if he doesn't sell today then he was just trying to get people to jump out so he could buy up - the ASX has an investigator who you ring & he looks up the Broker & checks into whether they were the ones who picked up the shares (but don't tell you due to privacy laws) They are watching that parcel to see if it is pulled today or doesn't intend selling it at all as they see that as a manipulative tactic & is in breach of ASX rules - the Broker would say to the ASX when they ring that it was genuine anyway or that the client decided not to sell today as the price was up so it's really just a slap on the wrist but at least the Broker knows they have been reported & are being watched....why not sell it in 50,000 parcels if they really wanted to....?
